Nevertheless, in modern time, there are more woman running in the presidential campaign. Nowadays, women and men can both be the winners, the stereotypical role place on women is slowly dissolving and both spouse parents are sharing the responsibilities that come with the house and family. In the past, in family, women had to do all house work, take care children, their fathers and  husbands. They had to obey and respect their fathers and husbands in resolving family’s problem. Women had no choice in controlling a number of babies they needed, partly they had little knowledge about contraception and  as result of  religious and economic requirement. The rate of  pregnant women terminated was 40 %. At the present society, women can do the social activities if they want. By over 50% of population, nearly 50% of work forces, women now participate in mostly social activities. They appear in most work field, hold numerous important roles of organizations. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh, for example, is the vice president of Vietnam. There are also over 33% of members of the Congress. That number is highest in Asia. The percentage of women, who can read and write, is over 90% including 36.24% graduated university, 33.95% graduated master course and 25.96% graduated doctor course. However, a fact shows that a family without a women would struggle to survive and women obviously a better mom and they know how to teach their kids better than men. Nowadays, women are increasingly asserting their position in the world. According to statistics for the United State workplace, there are 74.6 million women in the civilian labor force. Almost 47 percent of United State workers are women. More than 39 percent of women work in occupations where women make up at least three-quarters of the workforce. Women own close to 10 million businesses, accounting for $1.4 trillion in receipts. Female veterans tend to continue their service in the labor force : about 3 out of 10 serve their country as government workers. Moreover, trends in women’ employment have evolved over time. Women’ participation in the United State labor force has climbed since World War II : from 32.7 percent in 1948 to 56.8 percent in 2016. The proportion of women with college degrees in the labor force has almost quadrupled since 1970. The range of occupations women workers hold has also expanded, with women making notable gains in professional and managerial occupations. In 2016, more than one in three lawyers was a woman compared to fewer than 1 in 10 in 1974. Despite these gains, women are still underrepresented in STEM occupations, with women’ share of computer workers actually declining since 1990. The unemployment rate for women is currently 4.8 percent, down from a peak of 9.0 percent in November 2010. Besides this, not enough women are making it to the top of their professions anywhere in the world. The number tell the story quite clearly, among 190 heads of state have 9 women. Of all the people in parliament in the world, 13 percent are women. In the corporate sector, female leaders, tops out at 15 percent to 16 percent. Even in the non-profit world, a world we sometimes think of as being led by more women; however, the percentage of women at the top is 20 percent. Another problem is that women face harder choices between professional success and personal fulfillment. A study in the United State show that the married senior managers, two-thirds of the married men had children and only one-third of the married women had children. Women systematically underestimate their own abilities. If you test between men and women, you ask them questions on totally objective criteria like GPAs, men will estimate slightly high and women will guess slightly low. Most importantly, men usually attribute their success to themselves and other women attribute it to other external factors. That is the matter because no one gets to the corner office by sitting on the side, not at the table, and no one gets the promotion if they do not think they deserve their success or they do not even understand their own success. Therefore, believe in yourself and own your own success. We have to tell ourselves to believe we got the achievement to reach for the promotion, to sit at the table. We have got to get women to sit at the table. When women get engaged, or get married then they will start thinking about having a child and that spends much time to come back to work. As a result, they start leaning back, they do not try their best. Nevertheless, if they stop looking for new opportunities, they may get bored. Accordingly, stay in and try your best. Finally, the enterprise will develop better and more interesting when both men and women work together. Furthermore, men and women work together to promote gender equality in the world. ConclusionThey said that men is better in every aspect with training, women still have some innate talents that is naturally better than men. However, women also have some defect. In brief, both men and women work together is the best way. Therefore, women on boards should be encouraged because it is crucial need develop an enterprise.
