There are four leadership styles thanks to Annie McKee we would be able to explain to you in depth what each leadership styles consists of.  
Transformational Leadership, it’s characterized by the ability to bring about significant change in both follower’s and the organization. Transformational Leaders have the ability to lead changes in an organization’s strategy, vision, and culture as well as promote innovation in products and technologies. It also focuses on intangible qualities such as vision, it shares values, and ideas to build relationship. Some Transformational leaders are described to hold a positive expectation to followers believing that they can do their best. As a result, with that matter they inspire, empower, and stimulate followers to exceed normal levels of performance. 
Transformational Leadership inspire people to participate in change process. The most significant role of the transformational leader may be to articulate a vision that is significantly better than the old one and to enlist others in sharing the dream. It is the vision that launches people into action and provides the basis for the other aspects of transformational leadership, because without the vision itself people have trouble finding out what can really motivate them, and make them take the initiative in doing a specific something. Without vision, there can be no transformation. Transformational leadership are the ones who give the organization purpose. It also inspires followers to go beyond their self-interests for the good of the group. They help motivate people to do more than expected, and tell the followers remind the follower of the importance of the goals and outcomes. Transformational leadership can help develop followers into leaders.  
Transformational Thinking is important to a leader because transformational thinking means looking for solutions in places and falling prey to a win-lose mind-set. This starts by refusing to see traditional conflicts in the traditional way. They are the ones who continually strive to improve their leadership qualities, by being transformational they are higher in risk taking and don’t hesitate to fight against injustice in the organization. You also must keep your ego in cheek, you need to self-management and make difficult decisions. Many transformational leaders that are well known are Queen Elizabeth, Eleanor Roosevelt and Fidel Castro, just to name a few. These leaders were known for for achieving greatness in the area of business with the ability to inspire. 
Transactional leadership focuses on results, conforms to the existing structure of an organization and measures success according to that organization’s system of rewards and penalties. A transactional leader is someone who values order and structure. They are likely to command military operations, manage large corporations, or lead international projects that require rules and regulations to complete objectives on time or move people and supplies in an organized way that will benefit the company’s well-being. Many high-level members of the military, CEOs of large international companies, and NFL coaches are known to be transactional leaders. Transactional leadership also works well in policing agencies and first responder organizations 
Servant leaders are focused on service to others. Servant leadership begins with a vision for providing a resource such as employment, public service or education and requires leaders to be optimists with empathy for people in many types of situations. Some of the best-known altruistic leaders throughout society provided exceptional examples of servant leadership before it became a business model. Such like Ken Blanchard and William C. Pollard. Another well known person who was a servant leader is Martin Luther King, Jr. Although, he didn’t pursue leadership for his career path, he fought for the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S. He acted as a servant to the people who needed him to fight for equality and justice. Martin Luther King Jr. changed our nation in a very powerful way.
 In conclusion, these four leadership styles are the leadership that are running our community so knowing them in depth can help us understand our current leaders, we may not agree with their leaderships styles but it good to know why they do, what they do.
