A day in the French Alps with Ski Bluebird goes a little something like this...
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the Ski Bluebird team couldn't agree more! There’ll be a selection of freshly baked baguettes, fresh fruits and cereals to tuck into, as well as porridge, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and anything else your pre-ski stomach may desire, setting you up for a great day on the hill.
Skiing and other activities
Why would you not want to discover the Les Trois Vallees, the largest ski area in the world? With over 300 pistes to choose from as well as plenty of alpine walks and a host of other activities including checking out the recently opened Aquamotion swimming complex and descending down the 2 km long Luge track. You can always be guaranteed that there will be something to occupy the times between meals! Our chalets are centrally located - so you are never too far away from the action!
Afternoon Tea and Après Ski
If the lure of the Hot Tub isn't enough to get you back from the slopes early, then perhaps the smell of home baking will tempt you! There’ll be a selection of home-made cakes or biscuits to tuck into with a hot cup of vin chaud, tea or coffee, the perfect tonic after a big day on the mountain. Once refueled, you can pop out and catch some Après ski music, race your friends and family down the Luge, (which finishes just 50m from Chalet Barragiste) or take a dip in the Hot Tub.
As night falls and the stars begin to shine, thoughts turn to our favourite part of the day… dinner! Expect four delicious courses of fine dining, prepared by our experienced staff. We pride ourselves on our food, and are dedicated to putting a smile on your face, from canapés through to dessert. The team will run through the options with you upon booking, and will do their very best to cater for your every need. At Ski Bluebird, we also enjoy a good tipple. That is why we carefully select all of our wines and make sure they're free flowing throughout every evening!
