At Ski Bluebird we're passionate about the food and drink we serve in our chalets. We've got a wealth of experience and knowledge within the team to ensure the highest standard in taste and presentation. All our food is prepared fresh and where possible is locally sourced, with the bread being baked daily in Courchevel 1850 to using the butcher in Le Praz for our meat and fish.
Should your party have any dietary requirements fear not, as we've catered to all types before! Vegetarian, coeliac and lactose-free menus have been drawn up at the start of the Winter so you can be assured of a great service no matter your requirements!
We serve vin chaud daily at afternoon tea, and Sam spent a very tough summer afternoon hand-picking the wines that we serve nightly. Sam chose three white, three red and a rose and we look forward to you trying them all this winter and letting us know your favourite!

A different cooked option daily which could be; Pancakes with Bacon and Maple Syrup, Eggs Benedict or Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs. Alongside Porridge, Baguettes, Spreads and Cereals.
Home baked Cake, Scones or Biscuits coupled with a selection of Baguettes and Spreads. Tea, Coffee and Vin Chaud.
